In the unlikely event of a problem occurring, we aim to resolve the issue as quickly and effectively as we can. In the first instance we would ask you to look through the frequently asked questions relating to your particular instrument range. If you are unable to obtain the information you need from there, please contact your local distributor from whom you purchased the instrument originally.
Most of our distributors have trained engineers who will be able to provide local support. Should you not be aware of whom your local contact is, please click on the "Contact distributors" tab above to locate your nearest distributor.

When contacting the Support Department please ensure that you state the exact model of Instrument and the serial number of your instrument. Should your instrument need to be returned to Cambridge for repair, service or calibration, please go to the returns section of this website . For warranty returns, please contact the Customer Support Group for assistance before requesting a returns number.
