Question
I only want to use the Default Project in Elite, so how can I make Elite see "C:\EZChrom Elite\Data" as the default directory for my data every time I start it?
Answer
If you run up the project wizard, go into "remove a project" and select "Default" as the project that you wish to remove, then press Finish. This will now remove the default project. Now go into the project wizard and select "Create a new project". Call this project "Default" and then choose the paths you want for methods, data, sequences, and templates. i.e. choose C:\EZChrom Elite\Data for data files etc. and then press finish. You now have a default project that is pointing at the directories that you want.
