Microplate Readers

The Biochrom Anthos 2010 is a high performance ELISA reader with powerful customised software for routine absorbance assays in research, quality control and diagnostics. It is designed for laboratories on a budget needing a robust, easy to use PC controlled microplate reader and software without expensive uneccesary features.

• Single or dual wavelength measurements plus kinetic measurements to maximise analysis options
• Proven optical system 400 - 750 nm (0.001 Abs resolution)
• Four filters supplied as standard (405, 450, 492, 620 nm) extra filters are available
• Choice of software packages

Four filters are supplied as standard that cover the wavelengths for most common absorbance assays with a colorimetric endpoint e.g. ELISA, BCA, Bradford, and Lowry assays and additional filters are available. A choice of software packages enables the user to connect to a PC and run both endpoint and kinetic assays with ease. Results can be printed directly or exported to a spreadsheet for further analysis.

• Standard absorbance assays including endpoint assays, ELISA's and total protein assays (BCA, Lowry, Bradford)
• Enzyme assays requiring readings at timed intervals
