Biochrom 32+ Oxidised Protein Hydrolysate System.

The Biochrom oxidised system is designed for the analysis of complex hydrolysates such as those found in food and feedstuffs.

Limiting amino acids such as lysine, threonine, cystine and methionine may be rapidly identified to enable adjustments to the formulation of feedstuffs.

This system meets the requirements of the standard methods from AOAC and the EU Commission Directive 98/64/EC.
