Microplate Data Handling Software

Modular software for PC controlled Biochrom Anthos Microplate readers. There are four modules enabling you to choose the functionality you need :

• ADAP 2.0 Basic to remotely operate the microplate reader to obtain absorbance measurements.
• ADAP 2.0 Plus to analyze the data using standard curves and thresholds.
• ADAP 2.0 Prisma for remote reader control and advanced analysis with the Biochrom Anthos Zenyth 200 only.

ADAP 2.0 Basic
Supplied with all Biochrom Anthos microplate readers. This basic raw data data collection software is used to remotely operate the microplate reader to obtain raw endpoint, kinetic or multiwavelength data.  Data can then be stored or transferred to Microsoft Excel^® for further manipulation.

ADAP 2.0 Plus
ADAP 2.0 Plus software provides all of the necessary functionality for analysis of ELISA, total protein, cell growth and viability and enzyme kinetic assays:

The plate layout can be programmed, including blanks, standards and controls.

• Unknown samples can be quantified by use of a standard curve
• Linear regression, point to point, cublic spline and four parameter fit, linear and logarithmic axis scaling as well as extrapolation options can be performed
• Up to four different cut off values can be used to define five different groups of samples, enabling qualitative analysis of the samples.
• Quality control formulas can be used for immediate test validation.

ADAP 2.0 Prisma
ADAP Prisma is specifically designed for operation of microplate and cuvette reader, the Biochrom Anthos Zenyth 200. It has all the features of ADAP 2.0 Expert as well as methods for typical cuvette applications such a DNA/RNA measurements and cell growth determinations.

All ADAP 2.0 modules control user access at different authorisations levels allowing users to work within FDA 21 CFR, part 11 compliance.
