Microplate Data Handling Software

Modular software for PC controlled Biochrom Anthos Microplate readers. There are four modules enabling you to choose the functionality you need :

• ADAP Basic to remotely operate the microplate reader to obtain raw data
• ADAP Plus to analyze the data using quantitative and qualitative methods
• ADAP Expert to manage multiple tests and for kinetic data reduction
• ADAP Prisma for remote analysis with the Biochrom Anthos Zenyth 200 only.

ADAP Basic
Supplied with all Biochrom Anthos microplate readers. This basic raw data data collection software is used to remotely operate the microplate reader to obtain raw endpoint, kinetic or multiwavelength data.  Data can then be stored or transferred to Microsoft Excel^® for further manipulation.

ADAP Basic controls user access at different authorisations levels allowing users to work within FDA 21 CFR, part 11 compliance.

ADAP Plus
For performing routine absorbance, and ELISA assays, ADAP Plus provides all of the necessary functionality.

• The plate layout can be programmed, including blanks, standards and controls.
• Unknown samples can be quantified by use of a standard curve
• Linear regression, point to point, cublic spline and four parameter fit, linear and logarithmic axis scaling as well as extrapolation options can be performed
• Up to four different cut off values can be used to define five different groups of samples, enabling qualitative analysis of the samples.
• Outliers can be eliminated so pipetting errors do not interfere with the overall results.

ADAP Expert
ADAP Expert is an extension of ADAP Plus and is suitable users performing inter-plate multi-assays. It can mange multiple tests on up to 32,000 sample IDs and to apply data reduction methods to kinetic data.

ADAP Prisma
ADAP Prisma is specifically designed for operation of spectrophotometer Anthos Zenyth 200 which uses a monochromator for wavelength selection. It included two modules, the Quantitation and Characterization module and the ELISA module.
